House updates...

 

We got a new "couch" due mainly to the sectional being to big for our smallish living space.  I decided I needed something smaller so I could actually do other things in my living room, besides "sit". :)  So we found this "rustic" style futon, which is so us.  A lady was selling this a couple hours from us, that was really to far, but it really was perfect!  So hubby and D made the haul.  When they came back they said she had blessed them by giving some of the money to D and telling him to give it to hubby after they were gone.  This was such a blessing to me...I have been looking for a while and trying to stay around a certain price.  By her giving the money back it came to be the exact price I wanted to spend!

Hubby got creative and hung the left over board behind my stove.  It really gives my kitchen a great "homey" feel.
