Gluten Free Brownies



I've tried many different brownie recipes and this one is absolutely wonderful!  I hope you enjoy!!

2/3 cups warm water
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups sugar
2 1/4 cups gluten free flour mix
1 teaspoon xanthan gum(omit if your blend has it)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 13x9 pan or a large cast iron skillet


Mix the warm water and cocoa powder
Mix the rest of the wet ingredients
Add in the dry
Stir well to combine
Spread batter in your pan or skillet
Bake for 25 minutes
