Peach Jam
Nearing the end of June, peach season is upon us. Canning peach halves thus time has been a game changer for me this year. I was able to peel them easily, and can them very efficiently. I feel that the end product not only looks pleasing, but that the integrity of the peaches are so much better. Holding a good amount in each jar without them turning mushy with to much liquid.
Tips for canning...
Set a goal of how many batches you’d like to can in a day.
Get all of your supplies gathered and ready at the very beginning.
Start off with a clean kitchen.
